How To Request Account Deletion

1. Email smartwebhelper@gmail.com from the email address connected to your Ace The Verbal account.
2. Use the subject line: Ace The Verbal Account Deletion Request.
3. In the message, include the email address used for your account and write that you want your Ace The Verbal account deleted.
4. If you used Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple, include the email address shown in the App. If you used Apple's Hide My Email feature, include the private relay email address if you know it.

We may ask for additional information only if needed to verify that you control the account before deleting it.

What Will Be Deleted

After we verify your request, we will delete or de-identify account information associated with your Ace The Verbal account, including:

• Account identifiers connected to the App, such as Firebase user ID and sign-in provider identifiers.
• Email address and account profile information associated with your App account.
• Cloud-stored learning data if cloud sync or account-based progress storage is enabled, including practice progress, test progress, test scores, game results, missed words, known words, and similar learning history.
• Support messages linked to your account unless we need to retain them for legal, security, or abuse-prevention reasons.

Local Data on Your Device

Some Ace The Verbal progress data may be stored locally on your device. Deleting your account does not always remove local data stored only on your phone, tablet, or browser. To remove local data, uninstall the App, clear the App's local data in your device settings, or clear browser storage for the App if you use the web version.

Data We May Keep

We may retain limited information when reasonably necessary for:

• Legal, tax, accounting, or compliance obligations.
• Security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, and enforcement of our terms or policies.
• Resolving disputes or responding to support issues.
• Aggregated, de-identified, or anonymous records that no longer identify you.
• Advertising, consent, diagnostics, and fraud-prevention records retained by Google, AdMob, app stores, or other service providers according to their own policies.

Timing

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. Some retained backup, security, fraud-prevention, legal, or service-provider records may take up to 90 days to be fully removed or de-identified unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Delete Some Data Without Deleting Your Account

You may also request deletion of some app data without deleting your account by emailing smartwebhelper@gmail.com. In your request, describe the data you want deleted, such as practice progress, test history, missed words, known words, or game results.

Local-only data can also be removed by clearing the App's local data in your device settings, uninstalling the App, or clearing browser storage for the App.
